Classroom Phone Setup

If you are moving into a new classroom  and the name on the phone display does not match yours, make note of the phone's extension and/or the name currently displayed on the phone.  You can then call the helpdesk  or put in a ticket letting us know what name and extension is currently on the phone and what you would like the name to be changed to.

VOICEMAIL SETUP

If you are new to the district or have requested a voicemail reset, the process to set up your voicemail is the same. All you need to do is press the Voicemail button on your phone and follow the prompts. 

If you've already set up your voicemail but would like to change one or both of the recordings, these are the button sequences to do so :

To change the recording when someone reaches your voicemail,

Press the Voicemail Button -> 4 -> 1

To change the recorded name when you press the voicemail button,

Press the Voicemail Button -> 4 -> 3 -> 2

To change your PIN,

Press the Voicemail Button -> 4 -> 3 -> 1
